Duties & Responsibilities
Grade 12 minimum. Relevant tertiary qualification. At least 3 to 5 years of driver training and development experience within the transport or logistics sector is essential. EC Drivers License would be advantageous.
Manage driver training and development as well as all driver trainers, manage internal and external drivers' training, ensure driver compliance, manage training schedules, development, and driver performance
