Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership, consulting and implementation support as well as transfer of organizational development and change management tools and processes to the Business.
- Lead a team of experts to conduct organizational diagnoses using data-based methodologies to identify critical issues and root causes; provide objective, data-based perspective on relevant HR issues and recommend/implement and measure appropriate interventions to address organizational issues.
- Lead development and design of blended learning strategies to support senior managers and executives in their roles to deliver upon the strategy
- Partner with executives to develop change management competencies to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Serves as a trusted strategic partner for key leadership on initiatives of strategic significance.
- Lead the assessment of organizational capability challenges, identify competency and talent gaps, and develop, execute appropriate strategies and solutions to enhance performance and build people management skills.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organizational development theory, methods, and provide suitable interpretation to the leadership and management team.
- Lead continuous improvement of the training and development plan and ensure sustainable accreditation of training programmes.
- Provide coaching and counselling to Senior Managers and Executives on delivering continuous performance feedback.
- Evaluate and measure results of training and development initiatives.
- Oversight of identification, engagement, and management of vendors to assist in training and development initiatives.
- Support the HR Business Partners and the Operations team to implement the people agenda.
- Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, other HR team members.
- Develop, manage, and monitor yearly OE budget, implement cost management as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education and Experience
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources.
- 15+ years of progressive responsibility in leadership development, change management, organisational development, and design.
- 5 Years’ experience at Senior Management Level
- Extensive expertise in change management, job evaluation, performance management, employee engagement, training, organisational development, and design.
- Extensive expertise and experience in designing and implementing leadership capability programmes and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management and succession management processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, influence management and executives and ability to transfer knowledge to build capabilities in HR partners and others.
- Learning Program development and delivery using multi-media learning tools and methods.
- Proven project management experience.
