Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing all tasks related to deliveries, including:
- Daily checks on open deliveries
- Coordination of picking slips and stock transfers
- Delivery planning & shipment creations
- Delivery notes
- Checking of documentation for completeness including return of delivery notes and filing thereof.
- Goods receipt of all customer returns when received at the warehouse.
- Monitor daily customer care deliveries and keep spreadsheet for KPI calculations.
- Supply credit to customer when sampling is completed, and results of seed is verified by lab.
- Ensure all consignment stock is returned and SAP system updated.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control
- Control all transport invoices for carrier on TMS system and verify costs and utilize company resources in an efficient manner in order to control cost.
- Comply with goals (DPR) set for quality, reliability, cost and people.
- Attend safety meetings and ensure all training for CBT is compliant.
- Procurement for non-stock items for warehouse.
- Be familiar with and adhere to established ESH procedures, rules, and work practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Business Administration Certificate
- Mandatory Computer Literacy with SAP Knowledge
- People management skills
- Quality and Safety conscious
- Be accountable
- Be lean and fast
- Create value with the customer in mind
- 5 years’ experience in Administrative Role
- Suppy Chain / Logistics Experience would be beneficial
- Handling the Seed and Agri-input chemicals is advantageous.
