Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing and preparing cross border payments (Intercompany and 3 rd party vendors).
- Reconciling vendor accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts in support with Customer Services teams.
- Processing vendor invoices (coding and scanning to Capgemini).
- Filing.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATION
- Matric.
- Finance Qualification (Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related finance qual) essential.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a finance related position is required.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge/skills desired.
- SAP experience preferrable.
OTHER
- MUST HAVE OWN CAR & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME
