Permanent position based in Centurion - The main purpose of this position is to make outbound telephone to current and new clients. Further to this, the Agent is responsible for the conversion of possible leads to sales and/or contracts

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To sell the various allocated company products telephonically to new and existing clients ensuring that targets are consistently reached
  • To actively pursue leads provided by Management and consistently follow up on these leads
  • To understand and explain the various products in detail to new and current clients
  • To ensure that clients are contacted and consulted in the event of the possible renewal of the client’s contract Ensuring minimum monthly targets are received
  • To resolve outbound telephonic calls and queries from clients as per the Departmental Policy and Procedure for example, renewal of contracts, installations and billing queries
  • To liaise with other internal and external parties ensuring that the client’s request or query has been resolved
  • To ensure that the CRM system is constantly updated with regards to possible leads as well us to update client details
  • To complete all office administration efficiently
  • To provide the client with the necessary documentation to resolve the client’s request

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • NQF 4 - Grade 12/Matric
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Telesales role
  • Proven track record
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans due to client base
  • MS Excel-Intermediate
  • MS Word-Intermediate
  • MS CRM-Intermediate
