Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the work of local employees on a daily basis, such as network equipment room inspection, network drill progress Computer hardware and IT management.
- Communicate with local employee at regular meetings, such as project progress tracking and collecting IT issues of the rep office, and proving guidance for solution and control planning.
- Corresponding to the HQ, implement the projects or tasks of the HQ deployment field.
- Follow up on some IT projects in the region, such as equipment distribution in small and micro countries.
- Monitor large or medium scale IT architecture planning solution design, and IT implementation experience.
- Have strong knowledge to setup and configuration of network devices (router / switch / AP / AC etc.).
- Familiar with the equipment’s and devices in IT room and maintenance.
- Adhoc duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Education background in IT Technologies, such as communications and networking
- Network O & M for medium- and large-sized enterprises with three years or more experience (including WAN, LAN, switching, routing, etc.)
- Understand equipment room O & M (including equipment room construction, UPS, firefighting, and air conditioning)
- Have 3 year or more experience of enterprise network / Datacentre maintenance work
- The IT network certification, such as CCNA, CCNP, and HCNP is preferred
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, strong communication skills
- Good project management skills
