• Provides onsite and remote IT support to requesters.
• Helpdesk support from desk, pick up tickets
• Answering calls, resolving issues remotely telephonically
• Could be called on to travel between sites if an emergency
• Server Administration

• 3-year degree/diploma
• MCSE Certified
• Skilled in implementation of large O365 and Azure Services
• Solid Exchange and Active Directory skills

Skills required:

• Skilled in all MS Servers, AD, Office 365, Exchange, VMWARE
• Server installation and management
• Car and Drivers License it is a must to have
