An exciting opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) to join the Risk Assurance division of a leading Audit Firm in the Cape Town area. The ideal candidate will be involved with IT audit, internal IT audit, internal controls optimization as well as project and system implementation guidance. This would be a fully remote position for anyone based in the Cape Town and surrounding area. Reduced working hours are negotiable based on candidates' preferences with a very flexible and above industry average leave policy.

• Identify and assess areas of significant business and control risk.
• Implement best IT and business Controls.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures.
• Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Preparing Compliance Reports.
• Planning, executing, and managing client assignments and projects by professionally delivering excellent service.
• Planning and managing the risk assurance teams.
• Assisting in business advisory services, including control implementations and improvement.
• Actively explore and identify business process risks, documenting results of the evaluations.
• Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these to the Partner/Director.
• Planning and allocating resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.

• SAICA Articles at Big 4 Firm (preferred).
• Qualified CA (SA) (Required).
• At least 2 years experience in IT audit.
• At least 2 years experience in process auditing (highly beneficial).

• R50 000 - R75 000 p/m
