Responsibilities
Required qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 with Accounting,
- Relevant 3-year diploma or degree.
Responsibilities
Credit Control 60%
- Collect outstanding debt for IEB NPC and IEB Assessment Education and Training (Pty) Ltd,
- Letters to customers in 60 -120 days,
- Coordinate credit agreements,
- Manage Service providers/Group school accounts,
- Monitor customer account balances for COD clients,
- Manage the various customer portals,
- Maintain the list of customers that require Purchase order numbers,
- Update IEB/Customer details,
- Record customer payment arrangements,
- Account reconciliation.
Customer Reports
- Weekly: Prepare debtors collection and outstanding balances report for management1,
- Quarterly: Prepare debtors collection and outstanding balances report for the Board.
Consultants 30%
- Coordinate the updating of consultant personal information.
