A fast-growing Start-up is looking for a young and ambitious CA(SA) to join their team in the renewable energy space. This is a newly created role and unique opportunity for candidates who are excited about building financial models, doing market research and working in a fast growth work environment.

• Create world-class bespoke financial and performance reporting systems.
• Raise external capital to fund growth.
• Assist in forecasting, fundraising, cash flow forecasting and cost control.
• Manage and maintain funding structures to facilitate growth.
• Analyse and optimize portfolio health, credit scoring and prices.
• Due diligence and underwriting of potential deals.
• Analysing business plans and financial models.
• Manage risks and opportunities which includes strategic decision-making, mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitoring operational and financial performance as well as anticipating finance needs of investment portfolio.

• Newly Qualified CA(SA) with 0 - 1 years post articles experience.
• Strong academic background (required).
• A keen interest in the alternative investment space.
