I have 14 years’ experience in Transformation and B-BBEE verification. My current accountabilities include the implementation of transformation, BEE strategies for listed and unlisted companies, development, maintenance of clients' B-BBEE scores. I have succeeded in training clients on BBBEE Codes relevant to their sector of operation and also developed and implemented strategies for clients on all B-BBEE pillars. I have developed good working relationships with various BBBEE Verification Agencies because I act as the clients' representative during the BBBEE verification process. I am a member of the Association of BEE Professionals (ABP) where we discuss and review the legislation updates.
