mill department are achieved and production processes are implemented as planned, within the required standards.This is achieved through optimal utilization of the production team and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Coach and mentor team and whilst maintaining proper discipline.
· Continuous interaction with the Mechanical/ Electrical team to address maintenance barriers to achieving the budget.
· Identify bottle necks and other areas of improvement, including OHS and housekeeping.
· Improve productivity output of the plant
· Investigate and implement lean management systems
· Improve and maintain quality output.
