A prestigious Wine Estate seeks a Marketing Assistant to join this luxury brand.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Brand Development
• Assists in coordination of all levels of branding production:
  • Labels
  • Gift Packaging
  • Capsules
  • Pack-shots
  • Brochures
• Manages and updates wine information on the website and performs regular audits of all partner sites
• Updates information for wine tasting sheets as new wines/vintages are released
• Coordinates registration for wine shows and prepares logistics of wine stock and marketing materials to support those shows
• Coordinates registration for wine competitions and prepares logistics of wine stock and marketing materials to support those competition entries

• Sales Support
• Inputs monthly sales data
• Supports sales team by disseminating new product information and relaying customer services requests
• Assists with all communication between the sales team and coordinates collateral and marketing materials to support the markets
• Supports sales staff at wine shows and tastings as necessary

• Administrative Support
• Manages all Wine Marketing Drives & Folders – V: and Dropbox
• Coordinates travel arrangements for the Wine Team
• Manages email database and growth
• Manages Wine Team diary

• Logistics Support
• Coordinates logistics for all Icon Wine Club shipment
• Coordinates logistics for all sample deliveries and promotional stock to trade
• Coordinates logistics for ad hoc requests
• Coordinates logistics and stocktake of packaging

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative
• Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
• Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
• Fluent in English
• Excellent people skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
• Attentive
