Our Client in Killarney Gardens Milnerton Cape Town is looking for a Stock Invoicing & Operations Administrator to work in the Warehouse when receiving and booking out stock orders for deliveries

Min Requirements

Grade 12 – Matric
Pastel Experience Essential especially regarding invoicing
Warehouse Stock & Invoicing Administration experience of at least 2 years.

Stock Invoicing & Dispatch Operations Administrator
Distribution Admin Experience
Stock receiving, distribution & invoicing
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Strong computer skills with experience in Pastel
This job involves a significant amount of admin, so the ideal candidate needs to be very detail orientated & organised
This person will be working closely with the company’s directors, so they need to take instruction well & be able to communicate.
