A well established company is looking for Voice Agents who are enthusiastic and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Handling of all inbound and outbound calls  • The provision of Customer Service, following up on queries, providing timeous feedback with the most appropriate responses, with good analytical and prompt decision making skills • Handle irate customers, negotiate and resolve problems in an amicable and professional way • The capturing of customer details in an accurate manner • Upholding the highest levels of integrity and fairly representing the company in a reputable and professional manner in all correspondence with customers • Ensuring that there is general consistency in all solutions provided • Embracing continuous learning and have a full understanding of the business • Embracing of new ways of working in unpredictable environments • To timeously report any technical challenges to avoid any negative impact on the customers and the busines

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer service telephonically and general admin

Proven working experience in customer service environment (a focus on retentions will be advantageous)

Proficient in Microsoft Office
