Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Support
Manage and directs the Operational Department which includes but are not limited the following:
Provide immediate and daily feedback on all operations conducted.
Ensure clients receive regular feedback on the progress of the operations.
Plan and communicate all operations to the COO.
Attend related meetings of contracts.
Ensure management, planning, briefing, and de-briefing is conducted with all drivers.
Staff Management:
Ensure that fleet controllers, managers execute allocated tasks on a daily basis.
Ensure disciplinary process is followed as required.
Performance Management of staff according to the policy of the company
Communication:
Orders/instructions from top management to all levels in operations
Operational performance to fleet controllers, managers, and drivers
Daily staff meetings to discuss operational issues.
Implement and manage an accurate reporting system to provide effective feedback, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually and as indicated
Production:
Ensure productivity are maintained and monitored and kept at the highest standard. Direct and oversee production activities and personnel.
Direct production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory, compliance and lease agreements.
