A Hotel in Polokwane seeks an experienced and professional Training Manager/Officer to join their team.  The successful candidate will be responsible to identify the training needs and then offering the relevant new or refresher training to all the departments within the hotel.

Minimum Requirements

• 4-5 years relevant experience
• Overall Hotel knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Must have a strong personality with a passion for training
• Desired skills and education: Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in Training, Education or Human resources

This position is based in Polokwane and you should reside in this area or be willing to relocate.
