Description
CSG Recruit is well established to assist companies of all sizes to reach their hiring goals. We are a B-BBEE Level 2 Service Provider of bespoke Permanent and Contract hiring solutions. The Company is part of CSG Holdings Limited (CSG) which is a multidisciplinary support services group offering a wide range of services in Southern Africa to an array of clients from SME's to Corporate's.
Duties & Responsibilities
- This is a 360-recruitment role and involves generating sales (to target).
- Sourcing and matching suitable candidates for successful placement.
- Pipeline management of suitable technical candidates.
- Business development of the desk area.
- CRM/database management.
- Marketing of the desk area and advertising on social media (creating and posting adverts).
- Keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends in specialist sector.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, both internally and externally.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric Certificate
- High level of attention to detail and must be solution orientated.
- Sales driven and motivated to meet targets.
- Able to work in a flexible environment i.e. accountable for work hours.
- Previous experience and track record of success in a dedicated agency recruitment/sourcing role
- Previous experience recruiting for Technical roles is essential (at least 1-3 years)
- Previous experience using a CRM system is essential.
- Own vehicle with valid SA driving licence required.
