What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You will be leading and building up a team of talented, full cycle Technical Recruiters. You will partner closely with the Engineering and Product business leaders to meet the requirements of their hiring plans. You will ensure that quality and consistency are at the forefront of the recruitment process and that your team has a solid service delivery track record.
Where you’ll be doing it
This hybrid, internal role will allow you to work from home and be a part of an organisation that has gone from strength to strength, despite COVID. The organisation believes in a flexible, collaborative environment that upskills and develops its employees.
What you’ll need
You will need at least 5 years of working experience in a full life cycle, technical recruitment position with a proven track record. Experience within a team leadership role, as well as in a fast-paced, startup environment will be an advantage.
Experience recruiting technical talent from across the EMEA Region with a working knowledge of Africa, European and UK markets specifically and experience in fintech and/or startup would be advantageous.
