Duties & Responsibilities
- Capital Equipment experience within the mining industry is essential including warranty experience
- Provide technical support, customer satisfaction, service excellence, resolve account queries and assists customers to obtain better machine availability
- Control service information
- Ensure machine inspections are done regularly
- Manage and oversee staff (assembly line, artisans and warranty team)
- Assist with planning, execution and supervision of component change outs
- Signing off Mining Department orders
- After hour responsibility for reported breakdowns
- Encourage customer sales and upgrades where necessary
- Manage mining department assets
- Technical trade or qualification
- Ability to travel nationally and international travel occasionally
- Minimum of 5 years similar experience is required
