Description
Branch Manager - Vanderbijlpark
- hiring staff under discussion before employment and heading the onboarding and staff training process,
- building rapport with customers and the community,
- creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare Management Financial Statements for the branch.
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Recruit and interview new employees.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
He must also have:
- The ability to work independently as the head of the organisation in the Eastern Cape but liaising with head office continuously.
- SAPS Clearance certificate.
- Networking and social media knowledge and skills
- A good knowledge of fire equipment, fire detection and fire suppression systems. (certification of SAQCC Fire equipment, SAQCC detection, SAQCC suppression, ASIB will be highly recommended,
- Fire sprinkler knowledge will be an added bonus to our company.
- Own transport, fuel, service, repairs will be attended to.
