• hiring staff under discussion before employment and heading the onboarding and staff training process,
• building rapport with customers and the community,
• creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

• Prepare Management Financial Statements for the branch.
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Recruit and interview new employees.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
• Work to grow business and customer acquisition.

Matric

He must also have:

• The ability to work independently as the head of the organisation in the Eastern Cape but liaising with head office continuously.
• SAPS Clearance certificate.
• Networking and social media knowledge and skills
• A good knowledge of fire equipment, fire detection and fire suppression systems. (certification of SAQCC Fire equipment, SAQCC  detection, SAQCC suppression, ASIB will be highly recommended,
• Fire sprinkler knowledge will be an added bonus to our company.
• Own transport, fuel, service, repairs will be attended to.
