• Team Leader to ensure all sales reps within assigned region reach required targets.
• Monitoring performance on a continuous basis when Team Leader is not available
• Train reps on areas where they are lacking/under-performing
• Assisting sales reps in covering calls who are on leave or absent
• Assisting reps to ensure that they have a minimum of 90 outlets signed up.
• Induction process of newly appointed reps
• Sending feedback to Management and reporting on status of reps in assigned region on a continuous basis.
• Provide detailed planning by objectives for each sale and ensure the implementation thereof.

• Have a minimum of 3 year’ experience as a Liquor Sales Representative/ Team Leader
• Have a valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
• Be vigilant and ability to work in townships
• Reside within or around Port Shepstone
• Sales experience in Liquor industry
• Winning and Goal driven attitude
• Valid DRIVER`S LICENCE and OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE for operational purposes
• At least 2 year Managerial or supervisory experience
• Customer and industry knowledge by understanding each customer`s needs
• Product knowledge and promotions of the company
• Strong personality and analytical skills
