Description
Our client, an employer of choice has an exciting position for a Talent and Learning Development Specialist to join their team. The core focus in this role is to design and develop the learning plans for the talent in the business unit as well as take accountability for measuring and ensuring the effectiveness of all talent development and learning interventions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Role purpose/description:
This role is accountable for the execution of the BU talent and learning development blueprint.
They create the specific development plans for the different talent pools in the unit, manage and oversee the delivery of these development interventions as well as partner with line managers to monitor the Return on Investment, demonstrated by shifts in employee productivity.
They assess, review and design learning and development solutions that are bespoke and relevant to the specific Business Unit.
It supports all teams/functions in a Division with the talent and learning development COE practice execution which includes learning strategies, learning platforms, learning content development and sourcing and skills development.
The role works closely with all Line Managers to ensure the sourcing and delivery of appropriate learning interventions to unlock potential and capacity needed to delivery on the business imperatives.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualification and Experience required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or similar
Experience
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Investment Banking experience , or financial services experiences
