Description
Our client requires the service of a Sustainability Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative and project management support across multiple Corporate Social Investment (CSI) and Sustainability related initiatives and tasks, with a core focus on CSI initiatives.
Key performance areas:
- Provide assistance with the overall administration and management of initiatives such as:
- Mobile Soup Kitchen project
- Early Childhood Development Programme
- Fundraising initiatives and disaster management
- Other sustainability related initiatives
- General Administration, inclusive of data capturing, invoice verification, and processing of reports and other artifacts
- Liaise with various stakeholders on behalf of the CSI team, and management of relationships between the business units, internal stakeholders, and service providers
- Assist with the preparation and documentation of project proposals, timeframes and budgets.
- Professional handling of correspondence, coordination, queries and feedback to internal stakeholders and service providers.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Matric with a relevant Diploma /NQF Level 6 / Degree
- 2 Years’ experience within a similar role as Project or Administrative Officer within FMCG /Development Sector /Government Experience within a CSI / Sustainability Department
- Data Management Project Administration and Coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Financial management and principles
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of diplomace and sensitivity
- Ability to compile detailed e-mail, mail correspondence, drafting of factual Reports, presentations, procedure or policy documents or training material
- Must have a valid driver’s license
