Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE
- IT experience delivering operations support services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
- Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management
- Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
- Creation of pertinent test documentation
- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
- Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years in an IT support environment
- Relevant IT / Business Qualification
- Kubana (advantageous)
- Willing to work over different time periods and provide support outside of normal ZA business hours.
- Open to SA Citizens / Permanent Residents
- Willing and able to travel internationally
