Store Supervisor / Sales Consultant – Fast fashion Retail
We have an exciting vacancy available for a Store Supervisor / Sales Consultant in the fast fashion retail environment with a reputable Gauteng based company.
Duties & Responsibilities
The suitable candidate will be required to perform:
- Retail Sales and Customer Support service.
- Effectively deal with customer complaints.
- Assist customers with advice on product selection.
- Ensure that the store is always neat, tidy and clean.
- Maintain in-store security.
- Ensure proper merchandising and correct pricing of products in store.
- Effective stock management and stock control for the store.
- Receive and dispatch stock.
- Correctly balance cash registers with receipts.
- Manage all in-store staff queries.
- Work within established guidelines.
- Report discrepancies and problems to head office.
- Daily reporting.
- Daily Admin.
- Ensure proper monitoring and updating staff KPI.
- Daily Planning and effective delegation.
- Ensuring store and staff set targets are met.

- Matric (mathematics preferable)

Experience:
