Duties & Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Receiving of stock and GRV's
- Maintaining stock levels
- Stock takes - Daily and weekly
- Running manufacturing process on Sage
- Complete purchase requisitions for orders
- Purchasing - Ordering, Replenishing, Purchasing Stock with supplier
- Check and receive stock against delivery notes.
- Tracking orders - Follow up and follow through of all orders placed with supplier
- Reporting on expected delivery time and delays of orders
- Ensure discrepancies and damages with suppliers are dealt with timeously
- Build relationships with suppliers
- Ensure that the storeroom is neat and organised at all times
