• To control stock being received, sent out or stored at the company
• To assist in product batching, labeling, documentation
• To ensure stock of filled drums / flow bins as required
• To assist with customer care
• To enable the company to have a consistent and adequate supply, storage and excellent record keeping of its transformer oil
• Complete a daily stock take (product and drums) and e-mail to relevant departments
• Place orders for drums on the Evolution system
• Inspect, fill and label drums
• Assist in the actioning of urgent oil requests
• Transfer product from bulk tank / road tanker to road tanker / bulk tank
• Create LOT numbers and take samples for PCB, silica/silicon, kV and moisture tests
• Book oil samples into laboratory
• Complete paperwork e.g. picking slip, delivery note, goods received note, LOT tracking analysis and bulk receiving
• Create the certificate of analysis of regenerated oil sold to customers
• Ensure proof of delivery is completed accurately and in full at all times for stock collected from the stores area
• Scan and file all completed paperwork as it arises
• Loading and offloading for customers, being able to safely use all lifting equipment
• Receive stock e.g. new drums etc.
• Seal tankers after product has been loaded
• To ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Conduct general housekeeping of units, including wiping up oil spills and performing general cleaning duties
• Being responsible for the completeness of your work and reporting any quality, or perceived quality problems to the member immediately
• Perform other related duties as required
