Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and executing product roadmap.
- Working with multiple teams / stakeholders to set expectations and delivery timelines. Taking and consolidating feedback into the product vision / roadmap.
- Responsible for product pricing and working with multiple departments to ensure success.
- Conducting product and market evaluations.
- Leading, managing and mentoring the product management team.
- Developing functional specifications and documentation.
- Collaborating with engineers in the development lifecycle to meet requirements.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- Developing training materials.
- Participating and organising customer workshops.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary degree / diploma.
- Certification in Product Management
Skills / Experience:
- 15+ years' software product management experience.
- 10+ years' experience leading a software product management team / department.
- Experience working with products in the SaaS space.
- Experience working in / managing a team in a cloud software environment.
- Experience working with Financial Services.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
