Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
The candidate must Plan, direct, coordinate and budget all activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements

Qualifications
- ND/ BTech Civil Eng Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager
Skills
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience on concrete, water, waste water and civil structures experience MUST be a registered Construction Project Manager with SACPCMP
