Commercial terms and conditions
Preparing Tender Programs for Submission
Post Tender Negotiations
Preparing a detailed quantity comparisons between Design vs Take -Offs
Preparing the Bid Submission and returnable documentation
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
ND/ BTech/ BSc in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
Skills
Min. 10 years experience working in Roads Estimating of which 3 years must be on Roads Surfacing Proficient in the use of CCS & MS Projects
