Duties & Responsibilities

Key result areas will include:

  • Capturing of timesheets to ensure
    • Zero queries from invoicing
    • Zero pay queries
    • Accurate and correct employee records
    • Correct capturing of employee hours on Time Management system
  • Ensure relevant documented proof is received before changes are made.  Ensure company process is followed when changing details.  Ensure all relevant documents (SARS, Banking information etc) are on file
  • Clear and open communication with operations team and Compliance team
  • Admin tasks as directed by line management.

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Key qualifications / requirements

  • High level of computer literacy – specifically on MS Excel and Outlook
  • Data capturing accuracy
  • Strong administration skills
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • An organised, patient and organised individual with high attention to detail would be well suited for this position.
