Duties & Responsibilities
Key result areas will include:
- Capturing of timesheets to ensure
- Zero queries from invoicing
- Zero pay queries
- Accurate and correct employee records
- Correct capturing of employee hours on Time Management system
- Ensure relevant documented proof is received before changes are made. Ensure company process is followed when changing details. Ensure all relevant documents (SARS, Banking information etc) are on file
- Clear and open communication with operations team and Compliance team
- Admin tasks as directed by line management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Key qualifications / requirements
- High level of computer literacy – specifically on MS Excel and Outlook
- Data capturing accuracy
- Strong administration skills
- Proven track record in a similar role
- An organised, patient and organised individual with high attention to detail would be well suited for this position.
