Description
My client is looking for a Shift Coordinator in Welding process in Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Distribute production planning.
- Distribute and coordinate operators according to production requirements.
- Understanding and hands on experience of manufacturing operations in tooling, stamping, and / or welded assembly environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing concepts, analysis, techniques, principles and practices (FMEA, PM Systems, tooling, material flow, pull systems ect.)
- controls and manages the shift
- prepares the shift handover
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Basic Knowledge in Maintenance;
- Knowledge on Stamping and Welding processes;
- Knowledge in kaizen, SOP, Inspection, Inventory, and Control plans
procedures.
