Description
One of my clients is looking for a Settlement Liaison Officer to join their team in Cape Town. My client facilitates the payment of accounts, purchase of prepaid electricity, prepaid airtime etc. Therefore the suitable candidate needs to have experience investigating fraud and dealing with web reconcilliations.
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
General
- Route all sales customer enquiries that may come through on the web query boxes
- Will be the first line of defense for queries that have not been resolved effectively or that have upset the client’s website users
- Will be required to formulate responses that are suitable and acceptable to users while ensuring that client’s brand is not compromised or damaged in any way
- Follow through on all queries and ensure that they are resolved
- Ensure that the turnaround time for all mail queries are completed as quickly as possible
- Check/test random transactions done on the client’s website daily to check for any fraud, website availability or other errors
- Checks and save daily reports
- Assist with fraud investigations
- Will be responsible for the Cashbook
Desired Experience & Qualification
COMPETENCIES
Qualifications
- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience Fraud Investigations and Web Reconciliations
Specific Skills (Technical):
- Advanced Excel
- Word proficient at an intermediate level
- Accpac experience advantageous
