We are looking for Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
MAIN DUTIES
- To service & repair alarm systems, CCTV & Access control
- To carry out standby duties & after-hours service calls
- Liaising with service coordinators, and Branch Manager
- Client liaison
- To achieve service Targets
- Meet departmental objectives
- Support EHS efforts of the Company and understand and comply with all EHS Policies.
- Ensure effective compliance with policies and procedures as well as legitimate instructions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Intimate knowledge of electronic alarms
- Knowledge of well known brands i.e. Texecom, Paradox, DSC, Caddx, IDS, CCTV and Access Control
- Fault finding expert
- PSIRA C grade
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
