Duties & Responsibilities
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of service, parts, accessories and lifestyle departments to ensure ongoing profitability.
The successful candidate will be an essential part of the management team and report directly to the Dealer Principal.
Min. Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Computer literate
- Driver’s licence
- Min. of 2 years experience as an Service Manager working at a Motor Dealership
- Working knowledge of Kerridge would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a business plan to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
- Preparing marketing plans to ensure continued growth and attraction of new customers
- Designing and introducing new initiatives to ensure customer loyalty
- Analysing a range of KPI’s to ensure marketing strategies are accurately targeting key areas
- Development and introduction of new processes within the Aftersales area
- Responsible for Internal Workshop Processes & Reports
- Responsible for Annual Budget of Service Department
- Maintain good housekeeping always
- Development of staff training and succession plans
