Description
Our client is a leader in the telecommunication sector and they are looking for a dynamic Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will come from wireless networking background with a strong customer relationship approach.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the repair process within SLA limits.
- Manage the communication between the service teams and engineering escalations.
- Monitor platform performance.
- Assisting with all technical queries, and arranging callouts for on site repairs.
- Assisting all teleport changes.
- Compile usage and performance reports.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role combined with customer support experience.
- VoIPÂ and wireless network design/engineering experience will be an added advantage.
- Technical knowledge of Mikrotik, X1 and IQ modems is essential.
Package & Remuneration
R240 000 ctc - R280 000 ctc (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
