Description
We're seeking Senior Talent Practitioners in Pretoria for a 12 Month Contract to Implement Talent Management Initiatives to Attract, Acquire, Develop and Retain Talent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the recruitment process.
- Facilitate Job Evaluation, Competency Profiling and Job Design.
- Implement Talent Management Initiatives to Attract, Acquire, Develop and Retain Talent.
- Guide and Mentor Talent Management Practitioner. Facilitate the development and monitor the implementation of the workforce Plan.
- Facilitate the roll out of the Employment Equity practice.
- Operational Planning and Implementation.
- Budget Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B Degree or National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 6/7).
- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
- Emphasis on recruitment and selection, of which 2 years is at a management / supervisory level.
Package & Remuneration
- Salary : R29180.00 per month
- Contract : 12 Months
