Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer with strong Production Management experience. This company has footprint all over SA and manufacturers a well-known brand. The candidate will be strategically involved in the management of the plant as well as its employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the whole production operation according . One need to know how machinery works on the mechanical side
- Ensure safe environment while production targets are met.
- Develop standard operating procedures.
- Make sure that good manufacturing practises is followed on handling all materials.
- Expand world class manufacturing to all parts of the factory.
- Manage performance while training and developing staff.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- B. Eng OR BSC in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5- 7 years experience in managing a 24/7 running manufacturing plant.
- 4 years in a managerial role with the product manufacturing space
- Need to be hands on
Package & Remuneration
R950 000 CTC - R1.2MIL CTC per annum based on experience
