Our client requires the services of an Senior Operational Steerer: HR & Finance
POSITION: Contract until December 2022 (possible renewal-not guaranteed)
COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
Duties & Responsibilities
ROLE
- Managing all overarching operational planning topics for the Group HR department for Health Management, Food Services, Occupational Safety, Training, HR Services, HR Management, Planning and Steering.
- Manage Processes, KPI’s, reporting and coordinating with service providers end to end for all Purchase Orders and Quotes for the raising of Shopping carts and internal and external communications.
- Appointment of service providers with Management team.
- Budget steering and planning.
Desired Experience & Qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic degree with finance, business management.
- HR background is beneficial, experience with supplier management essential.
- Open to SA Citizens / Permanent Residents
- Knowledge in process mapping, KPI’s setting and monitoring, reporting and customer service and tender processes and budgeting.
- Comprehensive understanding of purchasing and finance processes.
- Knowledge of business function, processes, standards and procedures and guidelines.
Experience and Knowledge of the below is essential:
- Budget planning & steering
- Capex and Opex steering
- Ability to understand all requirements of all departments
- Structured to steer other departments
- Timelines by controlling
- Financial topics
- Health & safety
- Strong reporting skills – PowerPoint presentations – story line creation for different target groups
- Intellectual – ability to deal with complex topics to change to layman’s terms.
- Process optimization important
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
HR department
- Can identify HR processes and define KPI’s | map processes – IT processes/products
- People and processes – clear understanding of process and objectives – HR & Finance & Products
- Professional experience in finance and budget planning, Process mapping and KPI/ target steering and reporting preferable in an HR environment in Corporate and Industrial Environment.
