Your mandate:

You will be a code-champion to help the team migrate from legacy-tech into SpringBoot 2 and Angular 5 whilst applying your special touch in reviewing and refining code to be precise and clean. Your work will impact on business critical systems and platforms to help leapfrog into new markets and technologies.

Requirements

• Java and Spring design and development experience
• Object orientated analysis, design and pattern experience
• Experience applying TDD and BDD to your code
• Spring 4 Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Web, HTML, JSP, Servlets
• Rest, Soap, Junit

Secondary requirements

• Automated build processes and unit testing
• A sense of responsibility/ownership
• Keen to learn and adapt to changes
• Integrating into an established team
• Financial background an advantage
• Spring 4 Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Web, HTML, JSP
• Minimum four+ years of Enterprise Java experience required

• Angular 2 and JavaScript/TypeScript an advantage
• Linux would an advantage
• Websphere application server, or Lightweight application servers, such as Tomcat, an advantage
• Experience integrating with AS400/iSeries/RPG legacy systems an advantage
