A Senior IT Technician with a min of 7 years experience required for a large company within the Automotive Industry. Candidates must have extensive management and networking exp.

• ERP Knowledge (Syspro, SAP, Pastel Evolution etc…) would be a great advantage.

• Local and remote support
• Onboarding and offboarding new users and leavers
• Support and configuration of cloud services - Microsoft Office 365
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of system hardware and external and internal software and applications
• Daily IT support, desktop/laptop and server support
• Support MAC OS, Linux, Windows
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Co-ordinating the IT Helpdesk ticketing queue and provide updates and solutions
• Ensure meeting rooms are IT ready and chrome boxes and cables are functional
• Assist in liaising with vendors
• General IT Administration and asset management
• Assisting ICT Manager with new Projects

• MCSE qualifications or equivalent
• Working with Senior Management
• Min 7 years Experience in networking and sever management at mid-level role
• Knowledge of servers, switches, VPN, firewalls, Ethernet, wireless networks, CCTV, Biometrics, and Printers

ERP Knowledge (Syspro, SAP, Pastel Evolution etc…) would be a great advantage.
