Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior HR Officer with experience in the Mining Sector, to be based in Witbank, Mpumalanga.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
- National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Officer / HR Generalist capacity and solid HR administration experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a small team
- Mining Sector experience is critical
- Extensive knowledge in Labour Relations, CCMA, Trade Union, and Wage negotiations.
- Solid Microsoft Word and Excel working knowledge is essential
- Sometimes required to work outside office hours including weekends
- Required to travel between sites in Emalahleni
- Own transport is required
