Our banking client is currently seeking a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST for a 12 month contract to work with the Finance Business unit to be STRATEGIC in identifying, investigating and analysing problems faced by business/product owners.
EXCEPTIONAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND HIGH LEVELS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Based on this analysis the Business Analyst needs to propose a solution, to fully address the business requirements needed to optimise the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Domain expert with 12+ years’ experience within the relevant financial services area, and of the following ?
Provision of specific domain expertise to enable delivery teams
Translating end user application/system requirements and ensuring the delivery team has a thorough understanding of these requirements
Capturing, analysing and documenting functional requirements, challenging the business where appropriate to manage expectations and highlight risks/issues
Reviewing requirements documents prepared by developers
Digital Banking and CRM
Business process modelling – actively investigating operational requirements, issues and opportunities to seek effective solutions
Preparation of test scenarios and management of integration and system testing
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Strong integration analysis experienc
- Proven history of working on an integration project
- Excellent planning and tracking experience
- Determining Business and technical impact on requirements or changes to requirements
- Work closely with the architects on driving to the end state solution
- Digitization and Smart Devices
- loud amd CRM experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Proven software implementation
- Educational qualifications as per BA requirements
Package & Remuneration
Market related hourly rate based on skill, experience and seniority
12 months contract
