We are looking for a competent Security Officer to undertake the surveillance of premises and protection of client's assets. The successful incumbent will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft or other criminal behavior. The main aim is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our client's facilities  same and problem free.

• Inspecting and partolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and exit of vehicles to people on the property.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the client's property.
• Investigate suspicious incidents and security breaches.
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities.
• Adhere to company policies and legal regulations at all times.

Grade 12

Valid Grade C PSIRA Certificate

Valid NKP Registration

2+ years experience as a Security Guard

Firearm copmetency - handgun, shotgun and rifle for business purposes

Must be able to start on 24 January 2022
