  • Receptionist / Secretary
  • Personal Assistant / Office Management

Duties & Responsibilities

General office management

All related administration

Client Service

Typing duties - correspondence

Staff management

Desired Experience & Qualification

Previous experience within the similar role within the legal industry is essential

Be able to take lead and control all office management

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) in both English and Afrikaans

Well presented person being able to hande pressure and exceed at all tasks at hand.

Experience with Ghost Convey, Legal Suite, etc.

Package & Remuneration

Market related salary depending experience and qualifications
