Sales advisor – IT Hardware (Sandton) Permanent , - iS0
Our Client requires the service of a suitably qualified / experienced Sales specialist IT Hardware
POSITION: Permanent
COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
Based: Sandton
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant 3-year tertiary education preferred
- Matric
- 2 to 3 year proven technical or retail sales
- Sales experience in an IT hardware / software enviroment
- Strong sales acumen
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptions customer service and sales support
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with all stakeholders
- Handle queries related to our products or/and services.
- Providing after-sales support to customers on the warranties of their products
- Drive customer good customer experience
- Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to queries
