Sales Representative required by client in the engineering and industrial tooling and equipment sector.  Will be required to maintain relationships with clients in Tzaneen

• Complete and maintain all sales and customer documentation accurately
• Engage with key decision makers through face to face cold calling, prospecting and new business development
• Territory management
• Consult with customers in order to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions
• Inventory management
• Competitor analysis - differentiate the quality between company products and services from competitor products
• Prepare quotations
• Negotiate pricing and lead times with customers
• Assist in new product development by offering advice, relaying trends or demand, and promote new products to customers
• Develop market plans to generate revenue
• Proactively sell and promote core products and services
• Increase sales profitably within each key account customer
• Coordinate order processing, ensure product availability, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Achievement of set sales targets
• Ensure that all key account customers are serviced according to predetermined schedules
• Update customer information
• Prepare sales reports
• Territory development through networking and cold calls
• Payment collections and credit control

• Matric
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous technical sales experience
• Willing to travel
