Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating leads and closing sales.
- Presenting products to various merchants when needed.
- Working with merchants to deal with any issue related to merchant applications.
- Building a pipeline within our client's sales tool (Salesforce) of prospective clients, assisting with forecasting revenue.
- Effectively setting up a client with appropriate pricing, allowing for medium margins to be generated.
- Researching and studying the competitors.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of the products that are on offer
- Providing feedback for additional products.
- Exhibiting at Trade Shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Skills / Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in sales within the telecommunications and/or software industry.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn systems quickly.
- Commitment to quality and customer service.
- Able to work well independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy work environment.
- Ability to utilize a computer and screen share during conference meetings.
- Must be organized, responsible and reliable.
- Ability to travel 20-30% of time.
