Safaris Coordinator | Bela Bela | 4 star Game Lodge
We are looking for experienced SAFARIS COORDINATOR to join the team of a well-known, 4 star private Game Lodge, located in Bela Bela region.
This is a busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with great communication skills and plenty of team spirit.
Reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager and General Manager, you will allocate wildlife activity reservations, guest enquiries and requests in line with business strategies.
Key Performance Areas:
- Must be capable of making wildlife bookings via phone, or in writing or on the booking system.
- Innkeeper experience will be to your advantage.
- Must be capable in dealing with guest queries and/or complaints.
- Allocating Safari Vehicles and Guides as per the company standards and policies daily.
- Do daily cash up for the Wildlife Department.
Position Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 1 to 2-years’ experience in Reservations and/or Reception duties within the hospitality industry.
- Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting skills.
- Bilingual in both English and Afrikaans with good writing skills.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Must be prepared to go the extra mile.

- Team Player.
- Presentable Appearance.

Salary Offered:
